LPF is a unique and comprehensive system of movement and postural exercises that improve coordination of breathing and deep core muscle stabilizers. The poses incorporate hypopressive techniques to reduce pressure through the core and pelvic floor as well as improving posture, myofascial and neurodynamic mobility.
