"Thank you Becky Keller for introducing me to the world of hypopressives. I never realized how faulty my breathing mechanics were until Becky introduced me to the hypopressive technique. I have struggled with asthma my entire life and the hypopressive exercises have been life changing for me. I currently can breathe much more effectively and have strengthened my entire pelvic floor and respiratory muscles. The classes are physically challenging and improve your posture and overall body strength, but also provide a great level of relaxation. I look forward to my hypopressives classes all week! Anyone could benefit from this amazing exercise!"
