Instructed by LPF mastercoaches/instructors Becky Keller, PT and Alexa Marine LPF-CERT Workshop will consist of Introductory theory lecture on Hypopressives and Practice of the breathing/apnea and postural fundamentals. We will practice a few of the "Goddess" poses. Come prepared to move and practice with us.
