Learn the Low Pressure Fitness Materials (balls, magic circle, resistance bands and so much more) in this 15 hour Live In-person course. Be part of this inaugural LPF USA course as Dr. Tamara Rial, the co-founder of Low Pressure Fitness will be teaching this course for the first time in the USA. The LPF materials course is designed to incorporate the use of implements and materials including the fit ball (small and large), yoga block, pilates ring, resistance bands and the wall as an implement to facilitate the progression, learning, and modifications of the Level 1,2 and 3 LPF series. Challenge and Motivate your clients& Patients, progress or regress with the use of materials and add novelty to the amazing postural fundamentals of the LPF method. This class will be 95% practical. THEORETICAL CONTENTS *Presentation of the supporting research with hypopressives and materials, including EMG studies PRACTICAL CONTENTS *Principles for using materials with LPF. *Incorporating static and dynamic poses with Fitball *Incorporating static and dynamic applications with pilates ball *Incorporating static and dynamic principles with resistance band *Adapting LPF poses with Yoga brick *Incorporating LPF poses with Magic Circle (Pilates ring) *Incorporating the LPF wall poses combining materials *Master Class with LPF materials Pre-requisite training required (completed Level 3 of basic courses or LPF certified) Important: Course schedule is 11:30 am - 6:30pm Sat (June 1) and 8:00am-4:00pm Sun (June 2) with a lunch break.
